Effective date: May 18, 2026
LifeVault is developed and published by Pixel Street Media (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the LifeVault app or visiting lifevaultapp.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use LifeVault.
LifeVault is a personal records and document organization app for iOS. It allows users to store, organize, and share family health records, identification documents, caregiver instructions, emergency contacts, and other personal information entirely on their device. LifeVault does not operate servers, cloud storage, or databases for user data.
LifeVault is currently available as a public beta through Apple TestFlight. Features and functionality may change during the beta period.
You must be at least 18 years old to use LifeVault. By using the app, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. Parents and guardians may use LifeVault to organize information on behalf of their minor children.
All information you enter into LifeVault is stored locally on your device. Pixel Street Media does not have access to, and does not collect, your personal data. You are solely responsible for the information you store in the app and for ensuring any sharing you initiate is appropriate and authorized.
You retain full ownership of the information you enter into LifeVault. We make no claim to your data.
LifeVault is an organizational tool only. Nothing in the app or on this website constitutes medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or professional guidance of any kind. Information you store in LifeVault — including medications, diagnoses, insurance details, and emergency contacts — is provided by you and organized for your personal reference.
Always consult a qualified professional for medical, legal, or financial decisions. Do not rely on LifeVault as a substitute for professional advice.
You agree not to use LifeVault to:

As a beta product, LifeVault may experience instability, unexpected behavior, or data loss. We recommend maintaining your own backups of important information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixel Street Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use LifeVault, including any loss of data. Our total liability for any claim related to LifeVault shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim. Since LifeVault is currently free, this amount is zero.
Your use of LifeVault is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how LifeVault handles information. Because all data is stored on your device, our privacy obligations to you are limited — but we take them seriously.
The LifeVault app uses minimal anonymous analytics (see our Privacy Policy for details) but does not integrate with third-party services for data processing, advertising, or user tracking. The LifeVault website uses standard hosting, limited anonymous analytics (see our Privacy Policy for details), and may link to external services such as Apple TestFlight. We are not responsible for the terms or practices of any third-party service.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of LifeVault after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
