LifeVault turns the scattered, important details of the people, pets, and homes you care about into one private, organized place — ready the moment you need it.
LifeVault is a private, on-device iOS app that organizes the documents, records, and care information for the people, pets, and homes you love. It turns scanned documents into structured, searchable records — then generates shareable summaries and care guides for the moments they're needed. No account. No cloud required.
LifeVault is a private, on-device iOS app that helps families organize the important information for the people, pets, and homes they care about most. Instead of scattering IDs, medical records, insurance cards, and legal documents across drawers, emails, and photo albums, LifeVault turns them into structured, connected records — organized by profile and ready to share as a polished PDF, Support Guide, or Pet Care Guide when a doctor, teacher, or sitter needs them. It includes 90+ record types and on-device document scanning, and requires no account and no cloud. LifeVault was designed, built, and launched independently by founder Rachel Burgos.

"LifeVault started in a passport office. I'd flown overseas to bring my father, who had Alzheimer's, home — and he no longer had the documents to prove who he was. An official looked at his old photo and said, 'This isn't even the same person.'"

"Caregiving isn't only about providing care. It's also about managing information — and usually you're the only one who knows where all of it is."

"Most apps store files. LifeVault organizes life. It keeps information connected to the people, pets, and homes it belongs to — not buried in a folder."
— Rachel Burgos, Founder
"Your family's most sensitive information belongs to your family — not to a server, not to advertisers. That's why LifeVault keeps it on your device, with no account required."
