LifeVault™ stores your vault data on your device. No accounts, no ads, no personal data collection. Medical records, insurance information, caregiver instructions, and everything else you organize stays private — on the phone in your hand. You decide what to share, with whom, and when.
LifeVault doesn't upload your records or documents to any server. No cloud sync, no remote databases. Minimal anonymous analytics help improve the app but never include your personal information. Your medical records, insurance cards, medications, emergency contacts, and family information live on your device — protected by the same encryption that secures your phone.
When you generate a PDF to share with a caregiver, pet sitter, or family member, you choose which sections to include. Medications only. Emergency contacts only. Or the full profile — you decide. The PDF is generated on your device and sent through whatever app you choose — text, email, or AirDrop.
LifeVault never sends information on your behalf. Every share is initiated by you, controlled by you, and delivered through your phone's built-in sharing tools.
Create a password-protected encrypted backup of your entire vault — records, documents, contacts, and settings. Save it to Files, AirDrop it, or store it wherever you choose. LifeVault does not store your backups on its servers. You control where your backups are kept and when they are restored.
Medical records. Insurance policies. Medication schedules. Calming strategies. Behavioral notes. Emergency contacts. This is some of the most sensitive information a family manages — and it deserves better than a notes app, a shared Google Doc, or a folder of photos in your camera roll.
Medications, allergies, diagnoses, surgical history, and doctor contacts stay on your device. Share only what's needed, only when you choose to.
Insurance policy numbers, bank contacts, account information, and identification documents are never uploaded, synced, or accessible to anyone but you.
Support guides, behavioral notes, calming strategies, and accommodation details stay private. Share with specific caregivers through PDFs you control.
When you're organizing calming strategies, sensory accommodations, behavioral triggers, or medication instructions for a child or loved one, privacy isn't optional — it's essential. LifeVault treats this information with the care it deserves. Nothing is indexed, analyzed, or used for any purpose other than helping you organize and share it on your terms.
LifeVault doesn't lock you in. Export your data as structured PDFs or back up your information at any time. If you ever stop using the app, your information goes with you — because it was never on our servers to begin with. We believe your data belongs to you, and that includes the freedom to leave.

LifeVault is developed and published by Pixel Street Media. This privacy policy explains how LifeVault handles your information.
The short version: Your data stays on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to your personal information.
LifeVault does not require an account or sign-in. All data is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. Your profiles, records, contacts, and documents are saved directly to your iPhone and are not transmitted to any external server, cloud service, or third party.
Your data may be included in your regular iPhone backup (iCloud Backup or encrypted computer backup), depending on your Apple backup settings. LifeVault does not control or manage your iPhone backup configuration.
LifeVault allows you to store personal and household information including:
All of this information is entered by you and stored only on your device. LifeVault does not pre-populate, infer, or collect any of this data automatically.
LifeVault does not collect:
LifeVault uses minimal anonymous analytics to understand which features are used and improve app stability. Analytics are limited to anonymous event counts (e.g., “a record was created”) and never include your personal information, record contents, or document data. A random identifier is generated on your device — it cannot be linked to your name, Apple ID, or any personal information.
No vault data is sent to Pixel Street Media or any third party.
LifeVault requests the following device permissions, each used solely for in-app functionality:
All permissions are optional. LifeVault functions without granting any of these permissions, though some features will be unavailable.
LifeVault includes optical character recognition (OCR) to extract text from photographed or uploaded documents. All text extraction is performed entirely on your device using Apple's on-device Vision framework. No document images or extracted text are sent to any external service.
LifeVault uses Mixpanel for anonymous product analytics only. Mixpanel receives anonymous usage events (such as “a record was created” or “a backup was completed”) and basic app metadata (app version, platform). Mixpanel does not receive your personal information, vault contents, document data, or any identifying information.
LifeVault does not integrate with any advertising, crash reporting, or data brokerage services.
App data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including device passcode, Face ID, and Touch ID.
LifeVault provides an optional app-level biometric lock that requires Face ID or Touch ID authentication when opening the app or returning after a period of inactivity.
You can export your vault data as a PDF document at any time. You can also create a password-protected encrypted backup of your entire vault, which you control and store wherever you choose. LifeVault does not store your backups on its servers.
You can delete all app data permanently through the Settings screen. Deletion removes all profiles, records, contacts, documents, and credentials from your device. This action cannot be undone.
LifeVault is designed for use by adults to manage family information. The app does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian stores information about their children within LifeVault, that data remains on the parent's device and is not collected or transmitted by Pixel Street Media.
The LifeVault website (lifevaultapp.com) uses limited, anonymous analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. This helps us improve the experience and understand which features people are most interested in.
Website analytics collect only:
Website analytics do not collect:
Analytics are disabled for visitors whose browser sends a Do Not Track signal. LifeVault does not sell website analytics data to anyone.
Website analytics are entirely separate from the LifeVault app. The app uses minimal anonymous product analytics as described in Section 6. No vault contents, personal records, or identifying information are included in app analytics.

No. Your records and documents stay on your device. LifeVault does not operate servers or databases for your personal data. Because there is no centralized LifeVault user database, your personal information is not exposed to server-side data breaches. Information only leaves your device when you choose to share, export, or back up.
No. There's no email, no password, and no sign-up process. Open the app and start organizing. Your data is protected by your phone's built-in security — Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode.
Your data is deleted with the app. Since everything is stored locally on your device, deleting LifeVault removes all records, profiles, and documents. We recommend exporting your data before deleting if you want to keep a copy.
No. LifeVault does not sell, share, or provide your personal data to any third party. Your records, documents, and vault contents are never collected.
